Volunteers are needed to make this annual party possible. Please consider fundraising or working at the party to help us out! Friday, May 16th, at 10pm, doors will open at the Oak Ridge Recreation Center. Here all students will check -in, enjoy food and activities, and then load onto busses to ride over to Main Event Knoxville. The all-night party will run from Midnight to 5am. Beginning at 5am, all students will board busses back to the Recreation Center and will return home from there.
This ticket does not guarantee your spot at the party, but it does guarantee that our Volunteer Coordinator will be contacting you. Please be sure to check the hours which are AVAILABLE to work as well as jobs in which you are interested. You will be assigned according to the needs of the event. Requests will be honored in the order in which they are received, but cannot be guaranteed.

-Steering Committee Event Planners prior to the party!(Event Chair, Publicity Chair, Volunteer Chair, Pre-Party Chair, Fundraising, High School Liaison)

We are non-profit community group in Oak Ridge, TN, dedicated to providing a free, safe, all-night party for graduates in Oak Ridge every year since 1997. The event is co-sponsored in partnership with the City of Oak Ridge Youth Advisory Board.

Details about this COMPLETELY FREE event:

80-85 percent of Oak Ridge High School graduates attend each year.
Students will convene at the Oak Ridge Recreation Center to check in and enjoy food, activities, and fun before being bussed from the Oak Ridge Recreation Center to Main Event Knoxville. Doors open at 10pm. Students must arrive by 11:30pm to ride the bus.
Students must ride the bus to attend.
Free food, games, & prizes at Main Event Knoxville 12am-4:30am.
Buses will bring students back to the Recreation Center starting at 4:30am.
A safe place (no alcohol or drugs) for graduates, 10pm to 5am. May 16th to May 17th.
Oak Ridge seniors must graduate on-time to be eligible to attend.
