Red Cross Lifeguard certification course April 2026. Must be at least 15 years of age and successfully complete the prerequisite of 150 yard swim using freestyle and breaststroke, 2 min tread + immediately followed by another 50 yard swim and timed 10lb object retrieval. Online videos must be watched prior to class.
